Day One - Preparations to start plan

Starting weight = 63kgs
Target weight =   57Kgs

My plan is to use the Master cleanse diet to cleanse myself plus get the extra benefit of weight loss.
I shall do this for 21 days, after which i will go on a maintenance  program.
I am posting this online so that it can help me stay motivated or focussed, because i must give a daily account of my progress on this plan. Previously i have attempted to lose weight and ended up messing uo and thus giving up all together.
